The pair are picture wearing very revealing body suits while rolling around in the dirt.
Kanye 'conceptilzed' the shoot and it was taken in the construction zone of the huge Casabas compound he has been renovating with his wife.
The photographs were taken by esteemed fashion photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott.

It's unclear exactly when the photo shoot took place; Kim has retreated from the spotlight since the Paris robbery in October and Kanye is currently in hospital after suffering a breakdown on Monday.
Kim spent several hours on Thanksgiving morning visiting her husband at UCLA Medical Center.
She then headed to her sister Kylie Jenner's home in Calabasas, where her family are celebrating the holiday.
